Biomimetism or Nature's MBA

The speaker Gunter Pauli is the stereotype of a smug self-righteous entrepreneur. But despite his self-righteousness he really has something to say – and is indeed an inspiring person. The main idea of Gunter Pauli from the "Zero Emissions Research Initiative" is that nature provides an important model to find solutions to the ecological crisis. In addition he states, that if we want to save our earth from collapsing, we need to redesign the manufacturing processes into non-polluting clusters of industries.
His call for action is followed by disruptive and inspiring examples ranging from battery-less devices to biomimetism. If you are resistant to smugness you are in for a treat.
